Two reservoirs used for fishing, several different walks that can be used separately or tagged together to make longer ones. Fields, woodlands, water, good footpaths, easy access from M6 junction 28. Lovely in good weather but after heavy rain can get very muddy.
Quite a good walk can be achieved staying on the flat but longer walks over the stile and out of the water park include slight inclines! One of my dog's favourite spots.

Plenty of free car parking, a visitor centre but no refreshments. Local shops a short walk away supply plenty of items for picnics.
