Virginia Water has a spectacular 4-mile walk around its Lake, with plenty of resting benches all the way round!
If you have a sociable dog that enjoys meeting and playing with lots of other dogs, than they will have a fantastic time.
Virginia Water has much to see, such as the famous waterfall, the roman ruins, the Valley Gardens, the totem pole and not forgetting the fabulous views across the Lake.
Dogs can freely roam around the lake and in the surrounding woodlands.
The only place that they need to be on a lead is when going through the valley gardens, which is apparently beautiful in the spring and summer months.
At the end of the walk (or the beginning depending on which way you walk round) there is a snack bar that sells delicious bacon rolls and hot coffee, ideal for that Sunday morning breakfast!
There is ample parking the charges of which have recently changed... it is now free for the first 90 minutes and £1 per hour... so you walk your dog every day for free. Yay :)
